The remote technical support is done by viewing your desktop by connecting your computer via Internet to the computer of our technician.
To start remote support, download and run a free program - TeamViewerQS 10 - see the link below. When contacting our employee, your assigned unique ID code and a four-digit password must be given. Providing this information will allow a secure connection between computers.
It should be noted that the ID code and password are automatically generated by the program at run time; as the password and the system-generated user ID are valid for a single session only, the authentication data are known only by the user. It is not possible to connect between remote computers without your authentication, that is without opening a session by entering the user ID and password.
