    VISUAL MONITORING - INFORMATION CLAUSE

    Pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), please be informed that:

    1. The administrator of your personal data is PULSAR K.BOGUSZ spółka jawna (general partnership), address: Siedlec 150, 32-744 Łapczyca, National Court Register: 0000075204 (hereinafter referred to as controller);
    2. The PULSAR K.BOGUSZ spółka jawna (general partnership) has appointed the Inspector of Personal Data Protection, who can be contacted via e-mail at iodo@pulsar.pl or regular mail at the following address: Siedlec 150, 32-744 Łapczyca;
    3. Personal data are processed pursuant to Article. 6 (1). (f) for the processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
    4. Your personal data may be made available to authorized persons or any person who can demonstrate legitimate interests.
    5. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
    6. Security camera recordings will be stored for a period not to exceed 21 days.
    7. The person registered by the monitoring system shall have the right to obtain from the controller the access to the personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR).
    8. The data subject registered by the monitoring system shall have the right to the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation.
    9. The data subject will not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

    7. You have the right to access to the personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
