A. You want to send us your CV – Consent to personal data processing in the recruitment process
a. Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, I agree to the processing of my personal data included in the recruitment application by the PULSAR K. BOGUSZ Company based in Siedlec for the recruitment purposes. At the same time, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my CV for the purposes of future recruitment processes. My consent will remain in force for a period no longer than a year. I declare that I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and I have read the information clause.
B. You want to make a complaint? Consent to personal data processing
a. Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, the claimant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data contained in the complaint form by the PULSAR K. BOGUSZ Company based in Siedlec for the purpose of complaint investigation. At the same time the claimant declares that he/she has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

a. Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the PULSAR K. BOGUSZ Company with headquarters in Siedlec for marketing purposes, as specified hereafter: first name, last name, address for correspondence, Email address, and Tax Identification Number. At the same time I declare that I have been informed about the right to withdraw consent at any time.
